Meet Our Servant Leaders

Luke serves as the lead pastor at North Park, primarily responsible for the vision and preaching at the church. Luke is deeply convinced of the power of the Word of God. For that reason, he has devoted his life to proclaiming the Scriptures so that Christ would be treasured in the hearts of His people (2 Cor. 4:5-10).

Luke and his family joined North Park in October, 2022. Luke married his wife, Lisa, in 2010. They have two sons, Caleb and Joshua. Luke loves family time at the lake. When he can’t be there, he enjoys reading books with a fresh cup of coffee.

Luke received his Doctor of Ministry degree from Grace Theological Seminary. He also holds an M.A. in Local Church Ministry and an M.Div equivalency from Grace Theological Seminary, along with a B.S. in Religion from Liberty University.

Luke leads our prayer ministry and missions ministry, hosts the North Park Podcast, and is part of the preaching team. He loves being able to devote himself to prayer and the ministry of the Word (Acts 6:4).

Luke and his wife, Shelby, came to North Park in January of 2023, and he has been serving on the pastoral team since May of that year. They have two children, Augustine and Selah. Luke loves spending time at home with his family, and also has a passion for good books.

Luke has a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies from Grand Canyon University. He is working on a Master of Divinity from Faith Bible Seminary while serving at North Park.

Drew serves as one of the associate pastors at North Park. As a lay pastor, he focuses much of his service in various teaching capacities. Drew loves to help people grow in their love and knowledge of Jesus Christ and how He is revealed in the Word. His passion is for people to see how much more beautiful and greater Christ is than all else.

Drew and his family joined North Park in February, 2024. Drew married his wife, Kathryn, in 2007. They have two sons, Jude and Solomon, and a daughter named Ivy. Drew loves nature and being in the woods more than most anywhere else. He can’t imagine anything better than being with his family. He is also an avid reader, book collector, Thai food eater, music lover, and habitual Sunday afternoon nap taker.

Drew received his Bachelor of Science in Bible degree from Baptist Bible College (Clarks Summit, PA; now closed). He has served in the past as a Director of Discipleship, church plant team member, and a discipleship pastor. 

Nate is passionate about God, people, and music. He loves connecting with God through music and helping others to do the same. He finds it a privilege to be the “lead worshipper” on most Sundays here at North Park.

Nate joined the North Park staff in October of 2025, but has led music and served on church music teams in a volunteer capacity for 15+ years. When not at North Park, Nate serves full-time as the band director and middle school worship team leader at Lakewood Park Christian School (Auburn, IN). He loves how his jobs present so many opportunities to teach, disciple, and live in community with the people around him.

Nate and his wife Tiffany have five children. Nate loves to glorify God by spending time with his family, reading, playing sports, winning board games, and of course, making music!
