Worship Team
The worship team seeks to excellently serve our congregation through Biblical and dynamic music. We are primarily band-driven yet utilize a wide variety of music.
Expectations:

- Committed Christ follower and faithful attender of North Park.
- Can demonstrate proficiency in your singing or musical instrument.
- Be able to both sight read music and play by ear. We use a combination of lead sheets and chord charts.
- Be able to transpose keys.
- Come prepared for a Sunday morning rehearsal at 8am. Music is communicated several days early through the Planning Center. We do not have a midweek rehearsal (we value your life and family time during the week!).
- Be willing to participate weekly, or on a rotation with other team members.
- Be available for occasional special services (Good Friday & Christmas Eve).
- Receive and interact with any training resources, classes, conferences, or learning videos assigned by our Worship Pastor.
Technical Arts Team
The Technical Arts Team seeks to excellently serve our congregation in helping them clearly and non-distractedly hear and respond to the teaching of God’s Word and in musical worship.
Expectations:
Expectations:
- Committed Christ follower and faithful attender of North Park.
- Can demonstrate an aptitude in at least one area of technical systems.
- Be the first to arrive and have all audio-visual systems powered on and ready prior to the start of music rehearsal at 8am on Sundays. Tech artists are welcome to come to the church during the week to have things ready.
- Seek to understand the vision and purpose of each service and seek to serve them through our technological tools.
- Be hospitable to the worship team, pastor, elders, special guests. Help preachers and guests with their microphones, offer water to vocalists and speakers, etc.
- Be attentive to service at all times. Keep irrelevant phone usage to a minimum.
- Be willing to participate weekly, or on a rotation with other team members. Schedule is managed through Planning Center and is usually scheduled two months in advance.
- Be available for occasional special services (Good Friday & Christmas Eve).
