1. What do you think of when you hear of social or religious outcasts in today's society?

2. What do you think of when you hear of social or religious outsiders in today's society?

3. Who are the sorts of people that, in the honesty and safety of your group, you can confess that you have difficulty being around or welcoming?

4. Share a story or testimony of personally being welcomed and accepted by a group that you were new to. Why did you end up going? What did you expect, hope, and/or fear?

5. How have you seen the church (at any point in your Christian life) do an incredible job transforming someone's life by the community and care that they gave to that person who used to be outcast or an outsider?

6. How are you/your home working to walk in the pattern of Jesus to bring healing to those around you by drawing near in love and goodness?

7. What would you like to see from North Park as "next steps" in becoming this type of church as a collective body?
